Barely one month since I returned to uni life. I could spend hours in the hospital seeing patients if not for my lack of knowledge about their disease...but wait. There's more:
The portfolio case study which is due this coming Monday. I've done most of it, but I don't think it's up to the consultant's criteria. I dunno. Maybe I'm being the way I've always been - a worrier. I'm putting that off atm, though. Tried to read the medical textbook today. Managed to get some stuff from it, but even then the day has been kinda counterproductive. Not when I've got another plot bunny dancing in my head. More on that in the other blog. ;p
I'm here to share with you guys what I thought would be cool to go to. Since I'm planning to go to Italy this Christmas, it might be an awesome idea to just drop by and watch a play in London!
From the website:
Damian Lewis leads an outstanding ensemble with
Tara FitzGerald, Keira Knightley and
Dominic Rowan in
Martin Crimp's blistering version of Molière's greatest comedy,
The Misanthrope.
Transported from 17th century Paris to modern-day London, Alceste (Damian Lewis) is a famous British playwright disillusioned and angry with the hypocrisy, shallowness and vanity of the contemporary world. Vowing to reject society, Alceste's plans are derailed when he falls madly in love with Jennifer (Keira Knightley). An ambitious American film star and darling of the social scene, she may prove to be his biggest challenge yet.

The tragedy is, I may become a misanthrope myself. I could totally see myself as one.
