I would also like to point out that our hoodies were colour coded or something. You can't see it in the picture, but I swear to God I was wearing an olive green hoodie with a turquoise inner lining on that night too. Yes, yes. I'm bragging.

Because I went to see Island in Glasgow last week and Our Private Life in London yesterday.

And I've written the details of those two significant meetings, in the style of a fic. A badly written fic.Collapse )

This is a collection of graphics that I've made and posted on tumblr related to Benedict Cumberbatch. A dumpage, if you want to be more precise. Some of them are crappy, most of them are crappier. Nonetheless, I had fun making them and I hope you'll enjoy feasting your eyes on them :)

So you guys maybe know (or don't know) that with the help of my other three friends scrounged up money to go on a camping (no tours, no bloody 5-star hotels, totally-roughing-it-out, we'd-live-in-foxholes-if-we-have-to) Band of Brothers trip. We unofficially started the trip on June 4th (D-Day minus 2) so that we could be in St Marie Du Mont/Utah Beach on the bloody (literally bloody) D-Day itself.

D-Day minus one and D-DayCollapse )

Question time:

Which opening theme do you like better (in terms of music, visual, etc)? C'mon, music lovers and tv appreciators. Send your comments and I'll tell you what I think of the two themes (they're both awesome in their own ways tbh, but I'm still curious) XD

The Pacific --

"Gabriel Gray taking a quick shot of Claire"

"Gabriel Gray's apartment" as described in my fic.

All art by DrAssenov on DeviantArt. She is AWESOME! It's the first time anyone has ever drawn any kind of fanart for my fics! :)))

Go check her stuff out!

For a reminder, here is the fic -- "In Another Life, In Another Time" on fanfiction.net

Truly my fixation for older men has reached an enormous state of no return. Forget Damian Lewis or Colin Firth for a while...

Shoot me, this is my current desktop:

It's the slight hint of German accent in his Americanized-English language when he speaks. And despite Inglourious Basterds was crammed with Brad Pitt and Michael Fassbender and Eli Roth...who would've thought I could end up being transfixed with Christoph Waltz?

So yeah, I waited until he won the damn Oscar to make this post.

Also. Christoph in his younger years reminds me of Edward Norton. I dunno why. Plus. The man's 53 years old.

Um. The irony of my BoB icon with this post is unnerving.
